Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) command line tools are a suite of command line utilities for Microsoft Windows 10 that can be used to work with remote bluetooth LE devices.
All utilities can be invoked as a part of a batch script or other automated background process or launched manually from the Windows command prompt.
Currently there are five utilities in the suite:
Scans for and displays raw Bluetooth LE advertisements. Output is in text or JSON.
Discovers and displays available Bluetooth LE devices. Output is in text or JSON.
Performs pairing anu unpairing of Bluetooth LE devices.
Discovers BLE services, reads and writes characteristics and descriptors. Partly compatible with gatttool from Bluez stack.
Emulates Bluetooth LE beacons.

This software is not traditional windows application with graphical user interface. To successfully use it you should be familiar with command line concepts.
Launch each utility with --help switch to get detailed description of supported features or see the readme.txt file installed with the package.
